 Mindful Living

"Mindful Living begins with a confidential space for you to share what is transpiring within your mind, body, spirit & soul.
I
  welcome people of all faith traditions, beliefs, philosophies & walks of life and am happy to be your companion along the way."
Bonnie Burton

I am dedicated to serving others and providing a space in which to:

* share honestly, without judgement
*
discuss things that are "tugging" at us
* get perspective on areas of "reaction" and difficult life issues

* remain grounded & clear during times of transition
* approach life wholistically and tend to inner longings that have been dormant

* become more conscious and attentive to your thoughts, actions and interactions with others

I
 am happy to meet with you once if you are looking for support, but not sure who might be a good fit. I am well connected with people who provide multiple therapies and forms of guidance. If you and I decide to continue together as "whole life companions," normally we would meet once a month. We can meet more often during times of intense change or as you prepare to take some time on retreat.

I like to think of our sessions as life maintenance. I am not a therapist and if you are in crisis, I can refer you to the appropriate professional.

If you would like more information or want to set up a free exploratory phone session, message me HERE.

Our lives do not remain static. Change is a given. Growth requires guidance and perspective. My life's vocation has been to journey with others, supporting them to carve out space and time for retreat and reflection. This may be in the form of mindful living sessions, day retreats or guided three to seven day retreats.
