"Mindful Living begins with a confidential space for you to share what is transpiring within your mind, body, spirit & soul.
I welcome people of all faith traditions, beliefs, philosophies & walks of life and am happy to be your companion along the way."
Bonnie Burton
Our lives do not remain static. Change is a given. Growth requires discernment, guidance and perspective. My life's vocation has been to journey with others, supporting them to carve out space and time for retreat, reflection, creativity & presence. This may be in the form of mindful living sessions, mindfulness & meditation series, day retreats or loosely guided three to seven day retreats at cabin on our property.
If you and I decide to continue together as "whole life companions," normally we would meet once a month or a minimum of six times a year for optimal opportunity for self-exploration, practice and self-reflection. We can meet more often during times of intense change or loss, or as you prepare to take some time on retreat.
You might think of our sessions as life maintenance. I am not a therapist and if you are in crisis, I can refer you to the appropriate professional.
If you would like more information or want to set up a free exploratory phone session, message me HERE.
