Child of September

I have a new set of crayons
sharpened and ready
to colour in the days
of September

-corduroy brown
-maple leaf red
-burnt orange
-sunflower yellow

Don't try to stop me from using
any colour I want

- lavender purple
- watery blue
- mossy green
- sunset pink

September belongs to me
and my new set of crayons

- black
- white
- grey

don't watch the lines
let my creativity flow
there's more than one way
to colour an apple
