"Mindful Living begins with a confidential space for you to share what is transpiring within your mind, body, spirit & soul.
I welcome people of all faith traditions, beliefs, philosophies & walks of life and am happy to be your companion along the way."
Bonnie Burton
I am happy to meet with you once if you are looking for support, but not sure who might be a good fit. Our lives do not remain static. Change is a given. Growth requires guidance and perspective. My life's vocation has been to journey with others, supporting them to carve out space and time for retreat and reflection. This may be in the form of mindful living sessions, on-line group sessions, day retreats or loosely guided three to seven day retreats. I am well connected with people who provide multiple therapies and forms of guidance, if a referral is appropriate.
If you and I decide to continue together as "whole life companions," normally we would meet once a month or a minimum of six times a year for optimal opportunity for self-exploration, practice and self-reflection. We can meet more often during times of intense change or loss, or as you prepare to take some time on retreat.
You might think of our sessions as life maintenance. I am not a therapist and if you are in crisis, I can refer you to the appropriate professional.
If you would like more information or want to set up a free exploratory phone session, message me HERE.
